My room's split air-conditioner was noisier than normal, and was right above the bed (which made ir a bit "windy" at night). But it was freezing, which is what really matters. The WiFi network at my floor did not work (couldn't get it to login). However, this was no big deal for me and I didn't ask for help (the staff would probably have solved it).

I spent sometime in Sao paulo and has a lot of dofficulties due to English speaking staff . Miss Amanda in the reception made my check in very easy.
